decided that once again i was just dreaming.

loose leaf tea - the kettle shed*

last week the lovely zoe who runs the kettle yard, a website that specialises in selling loose leaf tea (the website is so cute!) asked me if i wanted to review some tea, well you know this was a no brainer for me!

 the variety they sell is huuugeeee; black, green, oolong, jasmine, white, blooming, fruit and herbal. i love they little tins they come in as well, mama has put them amongst the pretty things on our kitchen windowsill. 

enjoying a brew in our jazzy kitchen, i'm a big fan of our multicoloured union jack tablecloth, tea tastes better in a nice mug (espesh' if it has a map on it!)

ceylon

brew time: three to four minutes 

this is a black tea that can be enjoyed with milk or a slice of lemon (i prefer milk)

it has a distinct tangy and slightly smokey taste, it won't convert me from my earl grey but it was a nice change.

vitaknall

brew time: five to ten minutes

this smells beaauutttiful, you can really taste the mango in it and its worth waiting that little bit longer to get the full flavour.

energy fruit

brew time: five to ten minutes

this is a very bold tasting tea, the strawberry is very prominent and the after taste is lovely and a bit tangy.

green pear

brew time: one to three minutes

this is very refreshing and light, the smell is gorgeous. zoe also told me it was lovely cold, i can confirm this especially with a few ice cubes!

ever ours is just full of beautiful dresses that i waaanntttt right now, espesh' this little paisley number, i loves me a bit of paisley. 

i was doing some personal shopping work for a friend and fell in love with this shirt in t.m lewin whilst i was waiting for him to try something on, plus the collar is a peter pan one which i think you all know i luuurrrveeee. 

in other news i met up with the beautiful lisette at the weekend for tea and scones, columbia road wandering, nachos and cat whispering.

i was sent this uber cute iPhone case after the lovely ashleigh put out on twitter for bloggers to review an iconemesis product, after much oohing and arrring i chose this case (tea/rabbit/polkadot combo, awwwyeaaa)

i wanted something that was light and cute as it was going to be a tough job to separate me from my moustache case!

the case is a bit heavier and better quality than my last one which gives my phone a bit more weight which i like as i don't feel like i'm going to drop it all the time....

it has also got the approval or mama and papa, without asking as well! (mama is named the taste police in our house) 

in other news i'm meeting the beautiful lisette on saturday which i am so so excited about!

just a little glimpse of my life (even though allot of it has been sitting in my pj's and glasses watching jonathan creek, will she ever get a life i hear you cry!)

i instagrammed some pictures of me working on a project with natasha (who shot this video) for a brand that uses the term 'get the london look' quite allot....i'll leave you with that but i hope i can show you guys something soon

the last month or so has been quite family orientated with mine and jay's having quite a few parties (mama j said no more parities after we had three in one month at our house)

tonight i'm off to see my best gal pals for drinks (well i'm driving so diet coke for me..)

i won't lie, i pretty much lived this dress on holiday, but we all know how partial i am to a bit of grey marl jersey...i can't wait to pair it up with some boots and my leather jacket in the colder months.

i was sent this beautiful scarf the other day by saima majid, its like the grey marl things, once i get something new something it doesn't leave my body for a good few days, and this was case and point

polka dots and flowers, my two favourite things combined in a scarf, ding ding ding we have a winner!

although they were all so pretty had a hard time trying to choose one and got aunty jen in on the act to help me!

it also works as a handy little blanket....

you light the spark in my bonfire heart.

at the weekend jay's beautiful cousin dhanisha had her engagement ceremony, and i wore my first sari!

apart from tripping up several times (alright ten times) it was pretty comfy to wear for most of the day, i had such a hard time choosing one as they're all so beautiful, my magpie senses were tingling

however this blue number instantly caught my eye (i know i know i already own so much blue but you know stick with what you know sometimes)

the event was at the palace at hatfield house, it was absolutely beautiful (although the old stairs and not being skilled at walking in a sari did lead to a few 'life flashing before my eyes moment') 

we went for a wander round the beautiful grounds in-between food and dancing (bad dancing in my case, espesh' as jays rather good at it)

we managed to snap some pictures for the parents to frame and some of us being really mature with the nakey statues....more on that another time..
