with all your magic, you disappear from view.

a few weeks ago i attend the 'real catwalk' created by pasha in aid of the charity young minds

the catwalks aim was to show that anyone can be part of fashion and that we should encourage diversity in it (which i am totally all for!) 

i arrived and located my chair with my name and blog on ( i felt very profesh i won't lie) and a cupcake made by pasha's mum, pasha's mum can make me cupcakes any day of the week as it was so good i thought about stealing other peoples who hadn't arrive yet...but i didn't

i sneaked backstage to take a few photos of the models and make up artists, then went and took my seat for the show.

all the clothes were available to buy in southampton and with  high street names like new look and river island everyone looked stylish but it was good to know that all the items were affordable

the show went through a number of trends for spring/summer and showed how people of any age could wear them

the show was a great experience and i could really see all the work and thought that had been into it!

hit the road jack.

currently obsessed with green and blue (clearly) but i always have been so its just the norm'

the green bag is just so dreamy i went into my local accessorize and see if the colour was just as nice as it is online (it is) and thinking how beautiful the loafers would look with it (although they pretty pricey so i don't think i will be treating myself to them anytime soon)

after smelling the juicy couture perfume in john lewis the other month it has been on my list, i always find i can't never quite bring myself to buy perfume i normally wait for birthdays and christmas although the website i've linked does sell it for a really good price!

its common fact the cream knitted jumpers, anything cath kidston or emma bridgewater are my favourite things (so of course they snuck in)

this is a very 'wishy' wish list as most of them will stay as wishes, however i feel that if make other people want them too it makes it less bad (i know, i'm mean..)

i need sunshine, i need angels.

enjoyable things from this weekend

1. eating gelato in the park with my housemates

2. wandering round the shops on my own listening to kings of leon

3. pancakes in bed

4. looking a pretty pictures for research 

5. making sunday night pie

just little snippets of my weekend, it was a quiet one with me mainly pottering about and enjoying the sun shine (which was bloody glorious) and eating too much (the norm) oh and rekindling my addiction to keeping up with the kardashians

i won't lie standing this dressed up outside my house on a wednesday afternoon was an experience, i thought i would break away from my comforts of the ally as i felt a bit fancy!

and thats right friends, i am wearing my coat on my shoulders trying to be fasshhhuuunnn (not so much...) 

it probably wasn't my best idea to have a massive lunch before shooting this (cue food baby or twins..) but this pink sparkly number is worth it!

lately i've been busying myself with my final major project, you can keep up with my work here.

i am currently wearing something much warmer and of the jumper variety, however it has been warming up in old hampton of the south which is very welcome!

i wanted to share with you some pictures the lovely amber took of me the other month. 

as her styling and photography is so pretty i agreed to get my pins out in the rain, in january. i have to say she made me look a hella lot cooler than i really am (point, i'm not cool at all)

i was partially in love with the all pink outfit, not being a pink person with clothes department, but i was sold by the soft jersey dress and nude heels just made me feel a classy but causal, it that a mix like smart casual? lets say it is....

today there was sun, what is this madness! sorry to be all english and bang on about the weather but good lord it has been foul that last few weeks! as it was sunny jay and i ventured to one of our favourite spots with the intention of getting bagels, we got falafels (and donuts and macrons...naughty in know) but you know theres always another trip for bagels...especially as its only a short bus ride away.

we went in the photo booth in rough trade, lets just say we are not well practised in the art of 'photoboothing' but i think we mastered the last two so it wasn't all bad! 

i love walking along the side streets around spitalfileds and looking up at all the beautiful architecture, made even more so by the sunshine!

i've had one the best weekends i've had in a while, on friday jay took me to browns next to london bridge for valentines dinner which was delicious (we did get a tad lost and very windswept but thats what you get for going outside in england!) plus yesterday i ate more chocolate than i pretty much have ever, i got jay one of those massive thorntons boxes for valentines not knowing he had boxes and boxes of chocolate given to him by his cousin (i'm not complaining...) 

now i'm just watching jay make me a prawn curry (perks of having a half indian an boyfriend!) whilst we are both singing badly along to kisstory!
